A settlement agreement was reached after two days of public hearings in a sexual harassment in the workplace case that the Manitoba Human Rights Commission board of adjudication has had on its docket for more than a year.
The settlement was agreed to by the complainant Wendy Kilbride and the respondent, A+ Financial and its owner Wayne McConnell.
Details of the settlement agreement were not disclosed.
