  • Print

Singer-songwriter Mary Gauthier brings her hard-living, deeply felt music repertoire to the Park Theatre at 8 p.m. on Monday, July 22, to close her Western Canada tour in support of her new live album, Live at Blue Rock.

The Louisiana-born Gauthier’s songs have been covered by artists as diverse as Jimmy Buffet, Blake Shelton and Boy George and have earned praise from the likes of Bob Dylan and Tom Waits.

Tickets are $20 at Music Trader or $25 at the door. Winnipeggers Scott Nolan and Joanna Miller, who have been touring with Gauthier across the U.S. and Canada, open the show.
