Sizzling weather in store

  • Print

Remember as a kid when it was so hot, you tried to fry an egg on the sidewalk?

Well, the weather this week will take you back to those days.

A sunny day today will bring a high of 25 C but there are some real scorchers in store for later this week and into the weekend.

Thursday will be sunny with a high of 26 C followed Friday by a high of 30 C.

The rain that had been forecast for Friday? Well, Environment Canada says that's now moved to Saturday with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a high of 31 C.

Sunday, so far, is expected to be sunny with a high of 32 C.

The sun will continue to sizzle in the new work week with highs of 30 C Monday and Tuesday.
