Slick roads causing troubles for commuters

Slick roads led to a number of collisions early this morning.

Paramedics responded to a two-vehicle collision just before 7 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the Perimeter Highway. The collision resulted in an SUV being flipped on its side. No injuries were reported.

Not long after a rollover occurred near the intersection of Lagimodiere Boulevard and Maginot Street. Paramedics responded but the driver was not taken to the hospital.

A pedestrian was reportedly struck near the intersection of Portage Avenue and Sherbrook Street just after 8 a.m. No word on their status as this time.

Another collision near the intersection of St. Mary’s Road and St. Anne’s was reported at about 8 a.m. as well. No injuries were reported but police blocked off routes near the collision.
