Snow may have contributed to collisions

Police believe snowy conditions overnight may have played a part in two collisions.

One person was taken to hospital in stable condition after two vehicles collided on the Louise Bridge just after midnight. Police say his injuries did not appear to be serious.

A car on Henderson Highway jumped a median and a curb after crossing at least two lanes, went through a fence, hit a parked car, and hit a muffler shop, damaging a window.

"Road conditions could have been a contributing factor," said Const. Jason Michalyshen. The driver was not injured.
