Spotty showers today but plenty of sun this weekend

  • Print

Keep the umbrella within reach, as the rain will be on and off today.

Environment Canada is calling for a few showers this morning and then a 60 per cent chance of rain for the rest of the day. There’s a risk of a thunderstorm. The wind is expected from the south at 20 km/h, flipping to 20 km/h north in the late afternoon.

The daytime high is 26 C.

Tonight, more of the same: good chance of isolated showers, possibility of a thunderstorm.

On Friday, the forecast has a continued threat of rain in the morning, but that should diminish by the afternoon.

Wondering about the weekend? Don’t worry about it. Environment Canada is calling for mainly clear skies and slightly below normal temperatures Saturday and Sunday.
