Welcome to winter.
This morning, it seems, most motorists are getting it though, driving to road conditions and not pushing the lights.
There have been no reports of major collisions on city roads and highways around Winnipeg.
While city clean-up crews clear away the last of the snow after the weekend dump, weather conditions are normal for the season. The morning temperature was a cool -9 C under overcast skies.
Flurries will taper off afternoon, with a high of -5 C today and a low overnight back down to -9 C.
Milder weather is anticipated Tuesday, with a daytime high of 2 C. Environment Canada is warning those overcast skies will stay over the Winnipeg area. That means flurries mixed with rain.
Roads could be slushy and slippery the next few days, so drive with caution.
