Stolen bike buggy back with its owners

The owners of Bee2gether Tandem Bike Rentals and Sales are delighted to get their stolen buggy back.

"We want to thank all of you for helping to get our story out to the public," owner Chad Celaire said this morning in an email to the Free Press. "You guys rock and give me and my wife reason to feel proud of living in this city."

Celaire and his wife were biking in North Dakota in late August when they got a call that their buggy bike had been stolen from The Forks. It was later reported seen in Central Park.

On Saturday night Celaire received a call from someone saying they’d found the buggy. Celaire said he called the police, who dispatched a cruiser. Celaire rounded up six staff members to help get the 272-kilogram buggy from the stairwell in which it was found.
