Sun is out, but not for long
Enjoy the sun while it lasts. Manitoba Hydro crews caught a break with the weather Saturday as work continues to restore power to the southeast corner of Manitoba hit with a freak winter storm.
Environment Canada’s forecast for the Winnipeg area calls for sun all day with winds picking up to 20 kilometres an hour early in the afternoon, with highs of 8 C.
Saturday night, the skies cloud over again and temperatures dip to 1 C. Sunday, there’s a 60 per cent chance of showers. Highs 9 C. Monday, more showers.
