Winnipeg police are looking for three men in connection with a pair of robberies in the North End Friday night.
The first incident occurred in the 1000 block of Main Street at approximately 7 p.m., where a male entered the store and stole an undisclosed amount of liquor.
It’s believed the man was armed.
The suspect is described as Aboriginal in appearance, approximately 20 years old, between 5'8" and 5'10" and 150 pounds.
There were no injuries.
Later that evening, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a convenience store in the 300 block of Manitoba Avenue was robbed.
Two armed suspects entered the store and confronted a female employee. A male employee was alerted to the situation and a brief struggle ensued.
The two suspects -- described as 18-25 years of age (one Aboriginal in appearance) -- fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Both employees were uninjured in this incident.
