At least a half-dozen swastikas have been spray-painted around old St. Boniface in recent days, many on the Bertrand Arena.
"Hatred and intolerance have reared their ugly heads once again," said Frank Dimant, CEO of B’nai Brith Canada.
The anti-Semitic symbol began popping up more than a week ago. B'nai Brith says Winnipeg police are investigating and the city is working to remove the symbols.
The organization is asking anyone with information about the incident, or who may have spotted additional swastikas, to call a 24-hour Anti-Hate Hotline at 1-800-892-2624
