Temps to climb above zero... by Friday

  • Print

There’s really not much more to say about the weather, is there?

Yes, spring remains elusive. It’s somewhere out there, possibly still in hibernation, but it’s just not anywhere near Winnipeg these days. This morning’s chilly temperatures will rise up just below the freezing mark later today, reaching a high of only -2 C.

Tonight’s low is expected to be -10 C.

Wednesday should see some clear skies and a north wind 30 km/h. Once again, the daytime time is not expected to climb into the positive numbers. Expect the same forecast for Thursday, too.

Good Friday looks to be the start of something good. A high of 5 C is forecast, with temperatures possibly (hopefully) reaching a whopping 12 C by Easter Sunday.
