Thieves make off with cellphones after robbery

Two armed men robbed a Pembina Highway store Wednesday night, making off with an armload of cell phones.

Winnipeg police said the two men hit a cell phone retailer in the 2800-block of Pembina Hwy.

Armed with a handgun and knives, the suspects demanded a large quantity of cell phones and then fled.

Both suspects are described as white, in their mid-20s, 5’-11", skinny and medium build, with fair complexion.
