Headingley RCMP are investigating a Saturday-afternoon house fire near Elie that left two men dead.
Local emergency services and RCMP were dispatched to the scene in the RM of Cartier at 1:30 p.m. Two men were found dead in the residence; RCMP have tentatively identified one man as a resident and the other as a relative.
RCMP continue to investigate, and the Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner is assisting with the investigation.
