Two teens charged after home shot up

Two teens are in custody after a home in the downtown area was shot up early Sunday morning.

Winnipeg police said officers were called to the 100-block of Frances Street at 4:30 a.m. Sunday for the reports of gun shots.

It was found that two males had fired several shots into a home.

There were five people in the residence at the time of the attack, but no one was hurt.

Suspects were later taken into custody at a home in the 400-block of Alexander Avenue.

Police found two firearms in the home that are believed to have been used in the attack.

Kyle Justin Fawcett, 18, and a 16-year-old boy are both in custody and facing numerous firearm related charges.
