Two women stabbed in North End

Two women were stabbed early this morning following an altercation on Boyd Avenue.

Police were called to the incident just after 2 a.m. in the 400 block of Boyd Avenue.

Police said they arrived to find two women with stab wounds.

They were taken to hospital.

One of the victims was released hours later.

Police say a number of people are being interviewed in relation to the incident.
