Warm, breezy day awaits Winnipeggers

Hang onto your hat, and hold onto something heavy today.

That wind from the south is at 40 km/h and will be gusting up to 60 km/h today. But It will be nice and warm today, with a high of 25 C.

There will be a warm wind blowing the stars around tonight, but it there will continue to be gusty winds up to 60 km/h and a low of 15 C.

For Wednesday, it will be hot as has been forecast with a high of 26 C. However, Environment Canada now tells us there will be increasing cloudiness with a 60 percent chance of showers.

Showers are expected on Thursday with a high of 18 C and a low of 15 C.

The sun will be back Friday with a high 17 C but it will cool off in the evening to 7 C.

Looking at the weekend, it will be a high of 20 C on Saturday and a chilly low of 4 C.

A sunny Sunday with a high of 23 C is expected.
