Warmer temperatures, snow expected today

The first day of the year is a cloudy one.

Winnipeggers woke up to grey skies and a wind chill that made it feel like -33 C. There's a 60 per cent chance of flurries this afternoon, with a high of -11 C. Environment Canada expects about 2 cm of snow tonight, and more flurries are on the way Wednesday, with a high of -12 C.
