Warmer today, but watch out for windchill

The good news is the high today will be -14 C, slightly warmer than recent days.

The bad news is it will feel like -34 C with the windchill.

The rising temperature will be accompanied by a 30 km/h south wind. The overnight temperature isn't bad at -17 C, however.

Sunday will be a definite improvement with an expected high of -7 C, under cloudy skies. Monday will continue that trend but with a chance of flurries.
