Wet, cool conditions on way for weekend

It might be a good idea to carry an umbrella and a tuque today.

In Winnipeg, there’s a 60 per cent chance of flurries or rain showers this afternoon, with a 20 kilometre-per-hour northwest wind and a high of 3 C.

On Friday, more of the same is expected, Environment Canada says. A mixture of sun and cloud and a high of -1 C are forecast for Saturday, with temperatures hovering around 0 C Sunday through to Tuesday.
