Wet day and a high of 12 forecast for today

It’s wet and it’s going to get wetter.

Showers today will bring about 5 mm of rain, says Environment Canada, but we could get up to 20 mm tonight and another 5 mm on Thursday.

Today's high is forecast to hit 12, going down to 9 overnight. Thursday's forecast calls for a high of 10.

Say good-bye to double-digit highs until Sunday, when the sun breaks through the clouds. The forecast calls for a high of 8 on Friday and 9 on Saturday.
