Willy's off to the Detroit Auto Show

The cameras and my trusty laptop are all charged up and it looks like the big blizzard we just had won’t hold me back-- it’s Detroit or bust.

I’m hopping on a plane Sunday to attend the Detroit Auto Show, formally known as the North American International Auto Show. It will be my first time attending the big show and to say I’m excited would be a considerable understatement.

Not to be confused with a "car show", where folks show and shine their classic or special interest vehicles, an "auto show" features all the latest and greatest new offerings from auto manufacturers around the world.

A few of the concept vehicles that will debut will surely be fun to look at, but I’m especially excited at the chance to lay eyes on the new Corvette and the New Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks, as well as the Infiniti Q50 and the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Here’s a listing of all the vehicles making their debut this year, look for a full report next week!

Acura MDX concept, Audi SQ5, R8 and RS5 convertible, Bentley GT Speed convertible, BMW 4-Series concept, Z4, Cadillac ELR, Chevrolet Corvette, Honda urban SUV concept, Hyundai HCD-14 concept, Infiniti Q50, Kia luxury sedan, Lexus IS, Lincoln MKC concept, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Mini John Cooper Works Paceman, Nissan Versa hatchback, Tesla concept, Toyota Furia concept, Volkswagen Passat performance concept.
