Winnipeg to warm up in time for weekend

Today’s forecast calls for a mix of sun and cloud.

There's a 30 per cent chance of rain this morning with skies expected to clear by this afternoon. The high will be 19 C.

Friday will be sunny with a high of 24 C. Things will cool off in to the evening as temperatures are expected to dip as low as 8 C.

Sunshine will continue in to the weekend.

Highs for Saturday and Sunday are expected to reach 26 C and 28 C respectively. Lows are hovering around 11 C.

The beginning of next week looks hot, with highs from Monday to Wednesday all in the mid 20s.
