Wolseley-area home goes up in flames

A home on Alloway Avenue was mostly destroyed by fire Saturday evening.
One resident — a woman in her 50s — was taken to hospital as a precaution, said District Chief Alan Gray.
A cat was rescued from the top floor and resuscitated by firefighters outside the home.
Crews arrived after to the home while the fire was already well involved. The cause is under investigation.
