Young teens busted for car theft
Police busted two 13-year-old boys and a 13-year-old girl for alleged car theft after they pulled over a car at 2:50 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Portage Avenue.
So why report such a common occurrence?
It was to highlight all the resources available to police and how they work together, Patrol Sgt. Monica Stothers told reporters.
The bust included the Air-1 helicopter, the K9 police dog unit, and officers on patrol.
