Tonight’s zombie walk remains without a pulse but there still will be a celebration of the undead.

Organizers of the 2013 Zombie Walk remind fellow zombies that a Zombie Party is taking place at the Osborne Village Motor Hotel (160 Osborne St.) this evening. The event will take place at the two bars at the facility – The Zoo (main floor) and Ozzy’s (downstairs).

The party gets underway at 9 p.m. There will be a collection of non-perishable food items for Winnipeg Harvest.

The local Zombie Walk, which typically attracts thousands of people dressed up as zombies and other ghoulish souls, was called off last month due to a lack of funds and safety concerns. Organizers anticipate the walk to resume next year.
