TORONTO - Saxon Financial Inc. (TSX:SFI) disclosed Tuesday that Allan Smith has resigned as president and chief executive officer. Executive vice-president Robert Tattersall has been named interim CEO.
Smith's resignation, effective immediately, was attributed to personal reasons.
Tattersall is a founder of Howson Tattersall Investment Counsel, Saxon's investment management subsidiary, and is a director of the value-style investment management and mutual fund corporation.
