Motorists may want to avoid a portion of downtown Ellice Avenue that will be reduced to two lanes starting today until Aug. 5, for Manitoba Hydro to install underground cable.
The work is being performed between Garry and Hargrave streets. Motorists may want to find alternative routes or allow for more time to reach destinations. Bus service delays can also be expected.
