Some Manitoba customers subscribing to Shaw Communications digital telephone service were unable to use their phones Saturday.
"What on earth is going on with Shaw," said Kardene Campbell, a Winnipeg customer who said her phone has been out since at least 10 p.m. Friday night and was still not working at 2:15 p.m. Saturday afternoon. "I'm not very impressed. I really don't appreciate it."
The outage has affected residential customers in Winnipeg and Portage La Prairie, according to a recorded message on Shaw's technical support line.
