All aboard

Via Rail announced its upgrades to Union Station in Winnipeg were completed Monday. Among the renovations, the rotunda was restored — cleaned, repaired and painted, as well as other areas. The more-than-$6-million project inside the 100-year-old building took about 14 months to complete.
