Today — in Toronto, Ontario Finance Minister Charles Sousa will deliver the 2014 Ontario budget and Sirius XM Canada Holdings Inc., parent of satellite-radio company Sirius XM Canada Inc., holds a third-quarter conference call.

Tuesday — in Barrie, Ont., Partners Real Estate Investment Trust holds its annual meeting. In Washington, D.C., the U.S. Commerce Department releases retail sales data for June and business inventories for May.

Wednesday — in Ottawa, Statistics Canada releases the monthly survey of manufacturing for May and the Bank of Canada releases its decision on the target for the overnight rate and publishes its quarterly monetarypolicy report. In Vancouver, West Fraser Timber Co. releases secondquarter results.

Thursday — in Ottawa, Statistics Canada releases data for international transactions in securities for May, investment in non-residential building construction for the second quarter and travel between Canada and other countries for May. In Calgary, CP Railway releases secondquarter results before markets open.

In Saskatoon, PotashCorp. is to appear in court accused of breaching Saskatchewan’s occupational health and safety regulations.

Friday — in Ottawa, Statistics Canada releases the consumer price index for June and wholesale trade data for May. In Washington, the Conference Board releases leading indicators for June.
