Second phase of Brookside Industrial Park West sells out
The second phase of the Brookside Industrial Park West has been sold out, according to CentrePort Canada and DTZ Barnicke. A total of seven companies have hung up a shingle in the 57-acre industrial park, located within Centreport’s property adjacent to the James Richardson Internatinal Airport.
A third phase, providing more than 100 acres of industrial land, is now being prepared for sale and development.
"The rapid sell-out of phase two isn’t a surprise – we are hearing regularly from businesses that are interested in the cost benefits of being located at CentrePort," said Diane Gray, its president and CEO.
CentrePort is a 20,000-acre inland port and the first logistics hub in the country to offer investors single-window access to Foreign Trade Zone benefits.
