Winnipeg Airports Authority reports 4.7-per-cent increase in revenues

The Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. has reported a 4.7-per-cent increase in revenues and stable earnings for the third quarter of the year.

The corporation said revenues grew to $22.2 million from $21.2 million in the third quarter of 2011.

"Earnings before interest, depreciation, and taxes were $12.4 million, consistent with 2011’s third quarter," it added.

The WAA is responsible for the management and operation of Winnipeg’s Richardson International Airport and affiliate businesses.
