ADF gets $46.6-million contract to build steel structure for Quebec amphitheatre

TERREBONNE, Que. - ADF Group Inc. (TSX:DRX) has been confirmed as the winning bidder to make and install the steel structure for a new $400-million amphitheatre in Quebec City.

The contract is worth $46.6-million to the company, which is based in Terrebonne, Que., about 30 kilometres north of Montreal.

ADF's bid was selected by the city in February and the company received a required approval from the province's securities commission on March 13.

The company said Wednesday that it has been officially awarded the contract.

It says the steel structure will be delivered by August 2014.

ADF has designed and installed complex steel structures for non-residential installations across North America.
