$1.4 billion fertilizer plant coming to Illinois

FILE - This May 14, 2013 file photo shows train cars on the tracks that run alongside a 250-acre field where Cronus Chemicals plan to build a $1.4 billion fertilizer plant just outside Tuscola , Ill., a town about 20 miles south of Champaign. The Cronus Fertilizers plant will employ about 175 people, while another 2,000 temporary construction jobs are expected to be created while the plant is being built. The site is primarily farm land that sits alongside a CSX rail line. Cronus is owned by a group of Swiss and Turkish investors. (AP Photo/David Mercer, File)
