Another hotel for airport district

A new 135-room, six-storey Hampton by Hilton will break ground on Monday at a site on Berry Street between Sargent and Wellington avenues.

The latest in a spate of new airport district hotels will be developed by Sargent Berry Hospitality Inc., a joint venture between two Toronto developers, Nizar Mawani and Anupam Kothari.

The pair has been involved in developing and operating mid-scale branded hotels in Ontario for the past five years.
