This is the best sales book I’ve read in 2011! Peter Guber, a former entertainment industry executive, suggests that sales professionals are in the "emotional transformation" business. In other words, throw out those fact filled data charts and focus instead on telling stories that tug at client emotions. The book is filled with specific strategies, tactics and success stories that will help you to connect with your client emotions. An absolute must read for every business professional.
