Today -- In Toronto, Caterpillar dealer Toromont Industries Ltd. will hold its second-quarter conference call. In Edmonton, Capital Power Corp. will hold its second-quarter conference call. In Richmond, B.C., pulp and paper producer Catalyst Paper Corp. releases second-quarter results after markets close.

 

Tuesday -- In Otawa, Statistics Canada releases the industrial product and raw materials price indexes for June. In Toronto, George Weston, Progressive Waste Solutions Ltd., Lundin Mining and Alacer Gold Corp. release second-quarter results. In Calgary, WestJet, Canadian Oil Sands, MEG Energy Corp., TransAlta Corp.and Horizon North Logistics Inc. will release second-quarter results.

 

Wednesday -- In Ottawa, Statistics Canada releases the gross domestic product by industry for May. In Toronto, Yamana Gold Inc., Genworth MI Canada Inc., First Capital Realty Inc., Kinross Gold Corp., Intact Financial, Centerra Gold Inc., RioCan REIT, Home Capital Group and Torstar will second-quarter results. In Winnipeg, Great-West Lifeco will report its second-quarter results. In Calgary, Athabasca Oil Corp., Talisman Energy, Suncor Energy, Calfrac Well Services Ltd., and Horizon North Logistics Inc. will release second-quarter results.

 

Thursday -- In Montreal, Gildan Activewear Inc., Bombardier, Tembec, Mega Brands Inc. and Osisko Mining Corp. will release quarterly results. In Toronto, Barrick Gold, HudBay Minerals Inc., Cott Corp., TMX Group and Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. will release second-quarter results.
