In Gatineau, Que., the CRTC holds a public hearing to renew CBC/Radio-Canada's licences.

Tuesday -- in Toronto, bakery goods and grocery giant George Weston Ltd. releases third-quarter results. In Ottawa, Statistics Canada releases wholesale trade for September, travel between Canada and other countries for September and job vacancies for August.

Wednesday -- in Moncton, Timothy Lane, deputy governor of the Bank of Canada, speaks to the Moncton Chamber of Commerce. In Toronto, the Teranet-National Bank National Composite House Price Index releases its October results.
