Clarification: FCC-T-Mobile-MetroPCS story

NEW YORK, N.Y. - In a March 21 story about MetroPCS Communications Inc. and T-Mobile USA receiving final regulatory clearance to merge, The Associated Press reported that P. Schoenfeld Asset Management LP sent out a statement with a number of questions for MetroPCS' management but stopped short of saying shareholders should vote against the deal. The story should have made clear that the investment firm has previously spoken out against the merger. P. Schoenfeld clarified Friday that it continues to believe that shareholders should vote against it.
