Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include Renaissance Capital, Greenwich, CT (www.renaissancecapital.com) and SEC filings.

Week of March 25

Garrison Capital Inc. - New York, 5.3 million shares, priced at $15 each, managed by Baird and Oppenheimer. Proposed Nasdaq symbol GARS. Business: Closed-end investment company planning to generate income and capital appreciation primarily from debt securities and loans of U.S. based middle-market companies.

Pinnacle Foods Inc. - Parsippany, N.J., 29 million shares, priced $18 to $20, managed by Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol PF. Business: Manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high-quality, branded food products in North America, with annual net sales of $2.5 billion in fiscal 2012. Product lines include Birds Eye Frozen, Duncan Hines Grocery, and Specialty Foods.
