Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include Renaissance Capital, Greenwich, CT (www.renaissancecapital.com) and SEC filings.

Week of July 14:

CareDx Inc. - Brisbane, Calif., 3.1 million shares, priced $15 to $17 managed by Piper Jaffray and Leerink Partners. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CDNA. Business: Sells molecular diagnostic tests to monitor heart transplants.

Globant S.A. - Luxembourg, 6.3 million shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol GLOB. Business: Provider of mobile, website, cloud, and big data IT solutions, operating primarily out of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

iRadimed Corp. - Winter Springs, Fla., 1.75 million shares, priced $5 to $6, managed by Roth Capital. Proposed Nasdaq Capital Market symbol IRMD. Business: Provider of non-magnetic intravenous infusion pump systems that are safe for use during magnetic resonance imaging procedures.

Medical Transcription Billing Corp. - Somerset, N.J., 3 million shares, priced $9 to $11, managed by Chardan Capital Markets, Aegis Capital, and Summer Street Research. Proposed Nasdaq symbol MTBC. Business: Provides a software as a service platform for ambulatory care facilities. Originally scheduled to price week of July 7.

Pfenex Inc. - San Diego, 5 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by William Blair and JMP Securities. Proposed NYSE symbol PFNX. Business: Clinical-stage biotech developing difficult to manufacture and high-value proteins initially focued on biosimilar therapeutics.

Roka BioScience Inc. - Warren, N.J., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Leerink Partners, and Cowen & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ROKA. Business: Develops food safety testing equipment that uses molecular diagnostics.

Sage Therapeutics Inc. - Cambridge, Mass., 4 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SAGE. Business: Biotech developing treatments for life-threatening seizures.

TerraForm Power Inc. - Beltsville, Mass., 20.1 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and Citigroup. Proposed Nasdaq symbol TERP. Business: Solar energy yieldco spun out of SunEdison.

Trupanion Inc. - Seattle, 7.1 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by RBC Capital Markets, Barclays, and Stifel. Proposed NYSE symbol TRUP. Business: Provides medical insurance covering cats and dogs in North America.

TubeMogul Inc. - Emeryville, Calif., 6.3 million shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and RBC Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol TUBE. Business: Provides a programmatic digital video ad buying platform for brand advertisers.
