Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include Renaissance Capital, Greenwich, CT (www.renaissancecapital.com) and SEC filings.

Week of August 11:

C1 Financial Inc. - St. Petersburg, Fla., 2.6 million shares, priced $18 to $20, managed by Keefe Bruyette Woods and Raymond James. Proposed NYSE symbol BNK. Business: Commercial bank with 29 locations and $1.4 billion in assets.

GWG Holdings Inc. - Minneapolis, 1.6 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by MLV & Co. Proposed Nasdaq Capital Market symbol GWGH. Business: Holds a portfolio of life insurance policies worth over $250 million.

Otonomy Inc. - San Diego, 5.3 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol OTIC. Business: Late-stage biotech developing sustained-exposure treatments for ear diseases.
