Mike Poitras
has been appointed director, project services for Online Business Systems. Poitras is an information systems professional with 32 years' experience. He will provide delivery management and support for client projects in Online's central region, based out of the head office in Winnipeg.
Shaun Rocan
has been promoted to vice president, leasing and general manager of Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP. The company serves the real estate interests of more than 500 clients across 142 million square feet of properties totalling more than $26 billion in Canada and the United States.
Juliette Mucha
has been appointed director of the St. Amant Foundation. Mucha has 15 years' experience working for not-for-profit organizations in fundraising in Winnipeg. Most recently, she was acting director of the St. Amant Foundation and before that spent two years in a fund development role within St. Amant.
Lawrence Prout
has been appointed president & CEO of the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba. His lengthy experience includes St. Mary's Academy, volunteering on various boards, community groups and not-for-profit consulting.
Tanya Williams
has joined the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba as communications specialist. Williams recently moved back to her hometown after 20 years in Toronto working in communications management with Canada's Wonderland, National Event Management and Canadian Film Centre.
Rhonda McCorriston
has been appointed director, sales and memberships for the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce. McCorriston has 25 years' experience in community economic development working with the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development, government of Manitoba, and Neeginan Development Corp.

Manitoba Physiotherapy Association
has awarded longtime members and volunteers -- Dr. Leah Weinberg and Jenneth Swinamer -- with Lifetime Memberships. It says that both exemplify the purpose of the award for members contributing to the growth of the profession through at least 25 years of service at local and national levels.
David Penner, Barrie J. Ottenbreit and Colin Reed
three Manitoba architects from David Penner Architect, Number TEN Architectural Group and Smith Carter Architects & Engineers Inc. are the newest members of the College of Fellows of Architecture Canada, one of the highest honours bestowed on architects by the profession.

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
announced that Dr. Bruce Kowaluk has assumed the position of president. Kowaluk has been a member of council since 2004 and was president-elect in 2011-12. His practice is in Oakbank and with CancerCare Manitoba. Dr. Daniel Lindsay is president-elect and Dr. Margaret Burnett is past president.
