Les Kletke

has been selected as the Canadian representative to the Global Farmer Roundtable/World Food Symposium in Des Moines, Iowa, Oct. 15-19. The event brings together 20 producers from 20 countries to discuss the issues of trade and technology in agriculture. It is held in conjunction with the Norman Borlaug World Food Prize. Kletke, who owns a farm near Altona, is a speaker and book coach. He is also a Nuffield Scholar and past Asia Pacific Journalist Award winner.
