president of the Canadian Society for Quality has been selected chair of a jury panel judging the highly coveted leadership excellence award given to business executives in the Arab world who drive regional development efforts, placing emphasis on quality and the need for continuous improvement. E-TQM College in Dubai is administrator of this award. Sinha is a professional engineer and recognized authority in the field of quality management who was recently awarded the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for over three decades of outstanding service and contributions made through publication of books, journals, groundbreaking research papers and for championing many unique initiatives to promote and elevate quality professionalism as an important part of Canadian society.
