Olena Kuzemczak

has joined The Headhunters to lead the recruitment practice for sales and marketing in the Winnipeg office. Kuzemczak has a proven track record in human resources, customer service and recruitment with highly developed skills in coaching new employees and preparing candidates for their job search.

Art Martin

has been appointed as new practice leader for Stantec's Architecture and Interior Design group. He brings over 30 years of experience to his new role. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the success of a substantial number of projects in a variety of sectors, with a particular emphasis on educational, research and laboratory facilities. In recent years, he has played a key role in various educational facilities focused on sustainability (LEED) and 21st Century learning principles, for Manitoba School Divisions, Independent school systems and First Nations communities. He possesses a special ability to communicate with and understand the needs of his clients.

Matt Erhard

will be joining Chris Good as the new managing partner of the Summit Search Group, a strategic recruitment and executive search firm in Winnipeg. Erhard comes from a successful, award-winning sales career in both the medical and dental industries. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, he holds the Registered Professional Recruiter designation from the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada, is a member of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and is a board member of KidSport Winnipeg.

Zhao joins the Hampton Inn by Hilton from his previous role as general manager of the Humphry Inn downtown Winnipeg. Rocheen Samorodny joins the Hampton Inn from her previous role as general manager at Comfort Inn Winnipeg Airport. Prior to joining the hospitality industry Samorodny studied at the University of Manitoba. She brings more than 10 years of experience in various roles of the hospitality industry and has a proven track record in strategic sales initiatives.
