New exchange for mining explorer
A local mining exploration company has received approval to begin listing its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange beginning next Wednesday.
RX Exploration Inc. said it will be withdrawing its listing on the CNSX exchange to clear the way for its entry this week onto the TSX Venture Exchange.
"We believe that this listing will provide the company and its shareholders with many advantages, including greater visibility and enhanced market access for Canadian and international investors," RX president Murray Nye said in a written statement.
RX Exploration describes itself as a gold exploration and development company "whose strategy is to re-examine gold projects within North America that have previously reached advanced exploration, underground development or past gold production."
