Passport Potash says court claim filed by NAPD Group has been dismissed

VANCOUVER - Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI) says it has won a court battle in Utah with the NAPD Group, made up of North American Potash Developments Inc. and other parties.

Passport said that the claims against it have been dismissed and, as a result, it has been assigned 25 royalty-free exploration permits in Arizona that were held by NAPD.

Passport has nearby properties in the Holbrook Basin.
