REGISTRATION

1. If you have an eligible subscription, please enter your LAST NAME and BILLING ADDRESS below so we can verify your subscription. The address should be entered in the form "STREET ADDRESS, SUITE NUMBER (if any)" (Example: 123 MAIN ST UNIT 12). If you have a box number, this will be your billing address.

2. You will then be prompted to establish a user-name and password. This will give you access to the site from any computer with access to the World Wide Web.

Your user name needs to be an email address.

For your security, passwords should be at least 8 characters long. Choose something easy to remember but not something like your phone number, a middle name or the birthdate of a loved one.

Remember also that your user-name and password are case sensitive. This means if you use a mixture of upper and lower case letters, you must always use the same mixture to log in.
